Process:
Complete the following form.
When the data is received we will send you an e-mail with instructions to follow: the Return Model Authorisation(RMA) and the address. This RMA number is OBLIGATORY to send the material.
Send the package by the most convenient means of transport. Transport costs must be paid by you. Products will be returned with the RMA number clearly visible, in the original packaging (preferably in another box for further protection), entire, without opening and without any printed tape or writing.
Once the returned material has been received and revised, the money will be reimbursed. Please be advised that certain items are subject to a restocking fee.
